Fatal error

I'm receiving this error when i'm typing in my sitename.com/wp-admin after i've done the 1-minute install. What should I do with this error?

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/[myusername]/public_html/wp-includes/load.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php53/pear') in /home/[myusername]/public_html/wp-settings.php on line 21

Most likely your problem is a permissions error. Is this site installed on a sever or on your computer?

Do you mean the 1-click install? This error possibly looks like not everything finished uploading.
