HTML How to Make a Website Creating HTML Content Include External CSS

File issue

I have downloaded the file for css. When I try to extract the file it says encryption error and ask if I would like to skip, continue or stop.

Daniel, do you have any hard drive encryption enabled on your system? You might try downloading the file again.

Thank you for your help I had delete all files. Download the file again and extract it.
