files are not uploading to workspace

I have windows explorer open and I'm attempting to drag the files over. Nothing happens. No error. Please help

Hi Donna, Try dragging and dropping the files to the bottom section of the black sidebar area, once you hover on top of that area you should see a box outlined with a white dashed border and than you'll be able to upload the files you want to workspace.

Also try using chrome, sometime IE has bugs.

Hi Idan,

Thanks for answering. That's exactly what i've been doing - dragging the files over the black border then it'll read "drop files to upload". Nothing happens. I'm using Chrome
