What am i doing wrong here?

11,975 PointsHi Ricky, you have to include the # sign as an extra string. make sure that you want to merge both strings into one. therefore you have to remove the semicolon. You can include the # sign into a string via + . Try it this way-
var userName = id.toUpperCase() + "#" + lastName.toUpperCase();

11,975 PointsHm, that's weird. With task 1 you have to assign "username" to id. toUpperCase () as far as I know. Did Task one work for you? If so, just add the code as described above to this line. Did you remove the semicolon after task 1 and then insert the code? Otherwise, you can also write the task of task 2 in an extra line and leave it all in task 1. Try that, if it doesn't work, you can write to me again.
