i dont get how to get this. the way that i am doing it, is im creating two difference slices but thats not what is asking me to do. i have to slice the first 4, and the last 4, all in one slice

return str[:4]
def odds(str):
return str[1::2]
def first_and_last_4(str):
return str[0:4],str[-4:]

return str[:4] + str[-4:]
