Flexbox Question

Hi, I'm really struggling to understand the difference between a flex column and flex row. When watching videos they both look the same.

Can someone please explain?

If you have many items in a container, flex-direction: row applied on a container aligns all your items horizontally. If you change it to flex-direction: column all items inside the container will stack vertically
