Quiz is telling me that i didn't set font size to 0.9em. What am I doing wrong?

You havent read the question properly. It told you to select ul with the class of contact-info, not contact-info ul.

But hey! Were all learning :)

Hehe, i believe you should try to put this font size on h1, h2 or other like that.
