font-family fallback font error with correct entry

When entering font-family for 1st head liner, error received for fall back font not specified. Below is the code used:

Hi Chaz, Your sans-serif font-family doesn't need quotes... that's what's giving you the error.

You only need to use quotes around font-families if the name has a -space- in it. E.g. "Times New Roman".
