font-weight property

If for fonts is a font-weight property from google font 800, but I change them on 100 even though they are not listed in the attached font property. I do it or it is wrong and not a good practice?

Hi, Sandis. It's better to go back to google fonts and select the styles for the font weights you want to use. Then replace your current link with the new code that includes the proper font weight.
