Footer and Alignment as Page Resizes?

I don't think that this was addressed.

As I check the different pages the footer does not stay aligned.

How would this be corrected?

Is what you're after a footer that stays at the bottom of the browser window regardless of how much (or little) content there is on the page? If so, I'd recommend this Sticky Footer information from CSS-Tricks.
