CSS How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Write Hexadecimal Colors

For a Customizing Colors and Fonts challenge, how does one set the paragraph color to black using a hexadecimal value?

I've tried things including:

body { color: #111 }

Nothing seems to work. What do I need to fix?

css/main.css
a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

h1, h2 {
  color: #fff
}

Well, you are missing a semicolon after

"color: #fff" so that might explain why it isn't working. Also, the value for black is #000000

Awesome, thank you :)

No problem!

To change paragraphs to black you need:

p{
  color: #000;
}

And you need a semi-colon (;) after your h1, h2 tag's #fff declaration.

So the complete code would look like:

a {
  text-decoration: none;
}

#wrapper {
  max-width: 940px;
  margin: 0 auto;
}

#logo {
  text-align: center;
  margin: 0;
}

h1, h2 {
  color: #fff;
}

p{
  color: #000;
}

Awesome, thanks for the help :)
