For this project, why exactly is the container classes being given a max-width of 1150px?

For this project, why exactly are the container classes being given a max-width of 1150px at the 1025 media breakpoint? Because if the container is being given of width of 80% to take up that much of the page as it expands, then is there a point to it? I'm sure there is, but I just wanted more clarification. I'm carefully going through each styling code to understand why it's being applied before I move on to the next step. Thank you in advance for the assistance with this question :)

Assuming that this is being built mobile first, it's saying that at any screen size 1025px or larger, the container should never get larger than 1150px. If you have a screen that is 1920px wide, the container would be 1536px wide since it is has an 80% width property. So the max-width is basically making a condition saying even though the width is 80% of the screen size, don't get bigger than 1150px.
