Forgetting a header tag?

I am told that I don't have a header tag (<header></header>) when I do inside the body tags.

  <head>
   <title></title>

Hi David,

Your answer is actually correct, the only problem and why it's not passing because you're using two different quote type in your charset attribute. The best practice is to always use a double quote (") than the single quote (') on your HTML files.

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
  <head>
    <meta charset="utf-8">
    <title>Web</title>
  </head>
  <body></body>
</html>
