Formatting Section Removed from Latest Versions

I know the video is a little outdated and things have been updated in the latest version of WordPress, but the Formatting Section has been removed from under the "Writing Section". I was little confused when going through the video and thought other people might be wondering the same thing.

Also the "Press This" has been moved to under Tools > Available Tools.
