$fullName is set, but it has a value of 'MiketheFrog'. You need to concatenate spaces between $firstName, $middleName

'''<?php $firstName = "Mike"; $middleName = "the"; $lastName = "Frog";

$fullName = "Mike" . "the" , "Frog";

?>'''

you need to use the first, middle, and last name variables, not string constants. Also you have a comma where you should have a period.

$fullName = $firstName ." " . $middleName . " " . $lastName;
