iOS Objective-C Basics (Retired) Functional Programming in C Functions

Function Challenge

Implement a function named "addTwo" that returns the sum of two floats. The function will accept two float numbers as arguments and return a float which is the sum of the two arguments passed to the function. (No need to write the main function just write out the implmentation for the addTwo function)

I keep getting an error message every time i submit my code. However I do not know what I'm doing wrong. Heres what I've got.

float addTwo(float a, float b); float a = 2.34 float b = 3.45 printf("add two = %f", addTwo); float addTwo(float a, float b){ return a + b; {

All they want is the implementation of the function which is the last part of your code. You're trying to write too much code.

float addTwo (float a, float b) {return a + b;}

Be careful, you have two opening curly braces for the code block of your function { return a + b; {
