functions .js can't pass this - please help.

can someone help me with this code?

The solution below worked for me. On the last line of your code, the "echo" command does not exist (for PHP it does).

Here were storing the result of returnValue("hello world") into echo

function returnValue(ab) {
 return ab; 
}

var echo = returnValue("hello world");
