17,629 PointsHey this is a really old question, but if you're getting this error:
"You don't have bcrypt-ruby installed in your application. Please add it to your Gemfile and run bundle install"
The fastest way to fix it is to delete your gemfile.lock, add '~> 3.0.0 to the end of 'bcrypt-ruby' to enforce verson 3.0.1 and bundle install. Everything should work after that.
