Genymotion, isn't working on the android device manager.

The Genymotion emulator is not letting me start up the android device manager saying "Failed to create Java virtual machine". Upon trying to run the app (in Android Studio) its saying "Failed to complete Gradle execution. Cause: A fatal exception as occured. Program will exit. " I have tried looking into the Oracle virtual manager and it does not seem to have any problems with it. It is also giving me this error on the bottom bar Failure: [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_MANIFEST_MALFORMED]
