getting started with html and css

hello...i'm a beginner and the problem i'm having is that my connection speed is VERY slow, so a video that is 2 minutes long takes at least 5 minutes...i want to contact the phone company to see about increasing my connection speed and want to be able to tell them exactly what i need...can you please tell me the connection speed i will need to run your online courses? thanks

For a while I was doing my videos with 3G. This ran anywhere between 144Kbps and 600Kbps. Had the occasional stop but not as much as you are saying. So I would expect 600Kbps or higher to work for you
