Getting the correct output, but still getting error.

def stringcases(item):

item_list = []
item_list.append(item.upper())
item_list.append(item.lower())
item_list.append(item.capitalize())
item_list.append(item[::-1])

return tuple(item_list)
stringcases.py

    item_list = []
    item_list.append(item.upper())
    item_list.append(item.lower())
    item_list.append(item.capitalize())
    item_list.append(item[::-1])

    return tuple(item_list)

I tested your code with "Green Eggs And Ham" and received 'Green eggs and ham' for Titlecased whereas each word should be capitalized. Try the title method instead.
