A list inside another list works just like the outer list. That means you have to open the list with <ol>
or <ul>
(depending on whether the inner list is ordered or unordered) then wrap each list item in the inner list with <li>
tags.
In your case, you've treated Square and Circle as ordered lists but they should both be list items in an ordered list.
