43,038 PointsI think your problem is that the way to are slicing the list to get the value for last
returns 8, 7, 6, 5
and it is the incorrect order.
Another way to can slice the last 4 values and maintain the correct order would be: last = iterable[-4:]
. This starts slicing at the 4th value from the end and since there is no value on the right side of the colon it will slice everything from that 4th last position to the end of the list.
