I find three separate header definitions for the border-bottom in your code:
```css
header { float: left; margin: 0 0 30px 0; padding: 5px 0 0 0; width: 100%; border-bottom: white; }
header { background: yellow; border-bottom: white; }
header { border-bottom: 5px soild yellow; margin-bottom: 60px; }
```
It will be the bottom line that's applied.  And given that the other two are white and this one is yellow I'm guessing the reason you can't see it is that the background is also yellow (as stated in the previous header definition).  Try changing the bottom one to white and see if you can see it again.
