Having issues with creating a WordPress Child theme

It is working kinda, The screen shot is showing up, in the admin and some of the css is working. But i'm also seeing raw html on the page. The css is not effecting the html elements. I made sure to @import it correctly. is it because i'm working on a local server?

I fixed the issue, I had 3 .../ instead of 2 ../
