Didn't just get the do while loop. Even with the example used
var secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");
var secret = Hello;
do {
secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");
} while( secret !== "sesame")
document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");

8,369 PointsIn the second line of your code, Hello value is not defined. You may want to enclose it in single or double quotes to make it a string literal.
How about the following simplified solution?
var secret;
do {
secret = prompt("What is the secret password?");
} while ( secret !== "sesame" );
document.write("You know the secret password. Welcome.");
