Hello, when I enter this code, it says "store_open is not False. I am not sure why.

store_open = None store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18] time = 9 if time in store_hours: store_open = True else: store_open = False

store_hours = [9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18]
time = 9
if time in store_hours:

Hi, I think you misread the challenge because it does not ask you to actually create the time variable. Get rid of that and your code should be fine. :)
