Helloooo. For some reason it is not letting me create a new folder. I have tried to do it both ways, still not working.

How can this be fixed? Thanks.

Try closing out of Workspaces and relaunching it. Then, either right-click on the dark grey, side-menu where you think the folder should go and select "New Folder." Or, in the top pull-down menu, hit File and New Folder. Make sure you're using File that's in the actual Workspaces pull-down menu, not the menu for your internet browser.
