can some see why it is not passing

You have a syntax error in your to_s instance method. The string interpolation that's returned is incorrect. You have a space where the # and { are. Also you spelled Balance wrong.

def to_s
  "Name: #{@name}, Balance: #{balance}"
end

You can tell by the coloring when you copy and pasted your code.
