help!!!!!!!! I installed the latest version of railsinstaller and DL depracated us Fiddle keeps popping up.

I installed multiple versions of the rails installer and ruby installers along with the matching dev kits and dl depracted use fiddle is always showing up..... I'm using windows 8.
