    def praise(self):

    def reassurance(self):

Here's a few hints:

  • methods should have "self" as the first parameter
  • methods cannot have literal strings as parameters
  • this method references "name" but it's not listed as a parameter
  • anything that is part of a method must be indented more than the "def" line
