When initializing a variable, you want to (in order):

  • Specify what type of variable it is (int, String, double, SomeRandomObject)
  • Give a name to that variable (numLetters, mCount)
  • And if you want to initialize it, set it '=' to that value
  • End the statement with a semi-colon ';'

For example:

String helloString = "Hello";

Set the favoriteColor variable to your favorite color. You might need to move some things around and add or change some text.

favoriteColor String equals "";

solv this

String favoriteColor = "blue";
