HELP PLEASE NEW TO THIS TRYING TO LEARN MORE

I honestly have no Idea where to go from here I know that I need the src code but I have no idea where to put it and how to finish it please help ASAP

Hi Chantz,

The first step of the challenge is asking you to link to the .js file.

Usually, the <script> tags go just before the closing </body> tag so that is where you should put it. Make sure to put the "src=" and point to your .js file inside the first <script> tag and to add the closing </script> tag.

The second part of the challenge asks you to create an alert inside the shout.js file so you'll need to navigate over to that and add the code. Be sure to add it exactly as it's described in the challenge or it won't pass i.e. make sure to use all UPPERCASE and don't forget the exclamation point.

The clues are actually all written in the challenge wording. Just relax, take a deep breath and read it slowly and you should be fine :-)
