Help please. What is wrong with my code?

Can someone tell me where i went wrong here?

var lastName = "Smith";

var userName =id + lastName;
console.log ( id.toUpperCase());

Hey try this

var id = "23188xtr";
var lastName = "Smith";

var userName = id.toUpperCase();

Converting the variable id to uppercase :)
