Help required!

I can't figure this bug out! and what's a parse error!!!?

var newYork = {
  population: 100, 
  latitude: '40.7127 N',
  longitude: '74.0059 W',
    country = 'USA'
};

newYork.population = 8.406e6;

on country you are assigning the value to usa. that will cause an error 

var newYork = {
  population: 100, 
  latitude: '40.7127 N',
  longitude: '74.0059 W',
 country = 'USA' // this will be the error 
};
newYork.population = 8.406e6;

it should be 

 country: 'USA'

but everything else should work fine. i hope this helps and solve the problem.
