Help with developer tools on facebook. I'm having trouble adding "LIKE" button

Click "Get Code" It takes two seconds. Then you will see the code that is failing me.

I dont know where or how or mainly [what] Im doing wrong. Just copied the script to under the body like it said, then placed the button on page.

It's not showing up.

Move this if possible. But above all, please don't disregard it. I found over at stack-exchange.com that people don't care for questions like this.

And facebook isn't helping. Their AI is NES-days-style

The code does look pretty straight forward, but I didn't try it out personally. On one of my sites (created with blogger), the Facebook like button is created with a < iframe >.

I know there are some third-party sites that create 'like' buttons for you (I can't stand dealing with Facebook cuz you really do get nowhere). I'm not sure how secure or reliable these third-party sites are, but it might be something to look into.

I don't even use FB on my other sites. I'm pretty much done with them. Sorry for you troubles and that I couldn't be more help.
