Hi! I am not able to get through this challenge...:( How do I store the returned value in the `echo` variable?

I am pretty confused by the instructions...I am not sure how to make the value of var echo to be the results from calling function returnValue. Please help.

script.js
function returnValue(month){
 var myBirthMonth = "January" ;
  return month;
  var echo = returnValue("January");
}

returnValue("January");

<script src="script.js"></script>
</body>
</html>

Read the instructions more closely:

">>After<< your newly created returnValue function, create a new variable named echo"

function returnValue(month) {
    return month;
}

^ I would retry by starting from the code that passed task 1.
