Hi, I am not sure why the player['levels'] value is not right, the exercise asked to add a 'levels' with a list

how to add a list here correctly?

dicts.py
player = {'name': 'diablo', 'remaining_lives': 3, 'levels': '[1,2,3,4]', 'item': {'weapon':'sword'}}

1 Answer

In levels we have to add list,

if you provide it into a single-quote, it will be considered as a value.

player = {'name': 'diablo', 'remaining_lives': 3, 'levels': '[1,2,3,4]', 'item': {'weapon':'sword'}}

so here is what you need to do:

player = {'name': 'diablo', 'remaining_lives': 3, 'levels': [1,2,3,4], 'items': {'weapon':'sword'}}

Also check if its "item" or "items".

Hope this was helpful.
