Hi. I do not know why my code isn't working. Should be very simple code challenge.

This if statement will not run in the exercise, but seems to work in my workspace. Any advice?

ruby.rb
car_speed = 65
speed_limit = 60

if car_speed > speed_limit
  too_fast = "true"
end

Are you getting a specific error message? Posting that would help. A little new to this myself but the code seems valid.

You are putting quotes around true, which sets it as a string. But true is a boolean in this case, so no quotes. I tried you code in the challenge without quotes and it passes.
