Hi so im just testing the &:symbol procs out and for some reason the float proc wont work.

numbers = [ 1,2,3,4,5,6,7] one_number = 4

string_convert = numbers.map(&:to_s) print numbers puts print string_convert

float = one_number.map(&:to_f) puts float

Well, you just don't have map method for Fixnum :) You should use something enumerable for using it.
