Hi, the dark space for dragging image files doesn't appear on the left side bottom of the workspaces app. Thoughts?

Need to drag image files into workspaces but the dark section doesn't seem to be available.

Update: the issue was related to "extracting" the image files from the zip file prior to attempting to move them. Once I extracted the files and dragged them to the grey bar, the darker square appeared and the drag and drop worked as it did in the HTML video. In short, the dark box isn't there until you actually drag extracted files over the grey bar.

Have you tried going up to the workspaces toolbar and select view. The first item on the drop down for the view section is hide or show side bar.

Thank you Henry. This actually ended up being about extracting files in the zip folder prior to the drag and drop operation. It was not WorkSpaces related. Thanks for your idea. I blew a few days before I just watched the video again where it was mentioned you had to extract and then drop. Seems obvious, but I guess I had my HTML brain on ONLY.
