Hi, there is no information in the previous lessons which indicates how to properly answer this challenge task (2).

Hi,

There is nothing on the style.css page. So I assumed that I needed to create a class for the html and then post the css element in this case changing color to purple in the style sheet. I can't seem to figure out the correct syntax and again not discussed in the previous lessons.

index.html
<!doctype html>
<html>
  <head>
    <link href="styles.css" rel="stylesheet">
  </head>
  <body>

    <h1> class="name"Welcome to My Web Page!</h1>

  </body>
</html>
styles.css
.name {
  color:purple
}

You simply only need to style h1 in css as h1 { color: purple; }
