Hi, there! Issue dragging images into sidebar.

Once I download the images for the project, I take them and drag them into the dark space in the sidebar. Unfortunately, once I do that they do not show up in the sidebar. Any reason this could be happening?

Hi there! When you downloaded them they were likely inside a zip file. Have you extracted them from the zip file first? Because that needs to be done before you try to upload.

If you have extracted them already, what happens when you click on File -> Upload? Do you get any sort of error?

Thanks, Jennifer!

I thought I had extracted them. I decided to move them to a new folder and it seemed to work.

Thanks for the quick response!

Cheers
