CSS How to Make a Website Customizing Colors and Fonts Write Hexadecimal Colors

Hi Treehouse, I'm stumped on Challenge task 2 of 4 in the Customizing Colors and Fonts section of the CSS course.

Its asking me to "Set the color of paragraphs to black using hexadecimal value". I know that value is color: #000; but I don't know how to set it for paragraphs.

Think you might be overthinking it. Just use body ...

body {
    color: #000000;
}

Thanks David, I was over-thinking it! But the code they wanted was this: p { color: #000; }

instead of:

body { color: #000 }
