From line 7, column 5; to line 7, column 142 css">↩ <link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One|Open+Sans:400,700,700italic,800,400italic' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>↩ < Syntax of URL: Any URL. For example: /hello, #canvas, or http://example.org/. Characters should be represented in NFC and spaces should be escaped as %20.
Why is this?

It is a problem with google fonts code, you must change the break character " | " to utf-8 " %7c" and if in future you will use a link that contains " & " you must convert it to html " & ".
" | " --> " %7c "
" & " --> " & "
The initial code will give you an error: http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One|Open+Sans:400,700,700italic,800,400italic
but if you change the | to %7c it will be valid HTML5: http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Changa+One%7cOpen+Sans:400,700,700italic,800,400italic
