Hi

The correct statement should be

String favouriteColor = "Red";

In java variables are defined in the order variable data type then the variable name and if you are assigning a variable with a value the equals sign "=" and then the value which as in this case it is a string we in case the value in double quotes.

I see you are just starting out, I would really try to master these fundamentals as it can be overwhelming if you delve in too deep too fast, make sure to fully understand data types and assigning variables yourself as you will need these to progress.
