You just have to capitalize Hello and World and remove the comma and exclamation point:

<?php echo "Hello World"; ?>

Nice answer Tiffany, notice that she also added a semi-colon to the end of the statement to let PHP know that this is the end of the statement. She also added spaces between the Echo and string for cleaner code.
