231,236 PointsI do that myself all the time by opening a separate browser window for the workspace and for the video. Then just re-size the windows to be beside each other on the screen.
If you drag a window by the title bar to a corner of the screen, windows will automatically size it for you to fill half the screen.

231,236 PointsIf you are saying you don't see the results of your changes in the browser, it could be you forgot to save your changes using the menu or the Ctrl-S shortcut. After that, you need to refresh the browser to see the results.
