11,760 PointsYes, It's all explained well by Nick in the "Sharing a Website" module in "How to make a website", first topic in Web Design and Front-End Development Tracks.
It's all about the data your hosting provider gives to you, basically a HOST, an USER, and a PASSWORD, and the use of them with an FTP client, like Filezilla.
