HTML How to Make a Website CSS: Cascading Style Sheets Use ID Selectors

How come the list items don't have bullet points in the video? But on mine they do... Am I missing something?

Unless I use the following rule:

ul { list-style-type: none; }

Then my list items are all bullet points, but I notice that in the videos Nick does not have this. Have I missed a step?

Thanks

Hey there,

Do you have normalize.css linked in your HTML?

If you do, then it may be that this is an older video and the normalize.css version being used still has the list-style rule. As of normalize.css v3, that rule was removed from the normalize.css file. So, you'd be using the newer versions as opposed to the video.

Hope that clears it up for you. :) :dizzy:
